Horary Astrology is logical and precise. The client asks the question to the astrologer. The question is, as it were, born when it reaches the ear of someone who can answer it – hence we use the astrologer’s location. The chart is then cast using the time when the astrologer understood the question and the answer is contained in that very chart.
